As our name states, we are first and foremost a marketing company. Marketing is a primary
function of our experienced and trained sales management staff and is not delegated to
secondary staff as a result of too many clients. After preliminary discussions
analyzing priorities and objectives, a mutually agreed upon Marketing Plan will be
formulated based upon variables to include:
- Syndicated data
- Local Market demographics
- Local media agencies
- Customer requirements
- Competition
- Budget constraints
...and others.
Formats will also be developed for category account managers and retail merchandisers.
This is an example of a broad, but completely thorough, professional approach to marketing
that will not stop after the initial presentation.
Technology and Sales Support
Systems
In 1992, Trend Marketing went online with customer and client EDI order formats. In
1996, a systems integrated Local Area Network (LAN) of PCs was implemented, using
Microsoft software, Windows 95, and Windows NT. Branch offices were brought online by a
Wide Area Network (WAN) the same year. In 1998, Trend Marketing installed Y2K-compliant
operating systems in conjunction with software programs provided by Management Computer Systems.
